Orange: mainly orange-G ethanol solution

E A 50: Mainly eosin and bright green ethanol solution is suitable for microscopic staining of detached cells

Staining method:

Place the smear in 95% ethanol for more than 5min: dye hematoxylin solution for 2-5min and wash tap water; divide hydrochloric acid alcohol for 1-5s until the smear is pale orange red, running water; stain orange solution for 30s-1min; 95% ethanol for 2-3 times to remove the excess staining solution; EA50 solution for 5s-10min; 95% ethanol for 2-3 times, wash away the excess dye solution; dehydrated and dry with neutral gum.
