(1) The operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the regulations, and the precautions must be strictly implemented. The instrument must be preheated before use and dissipated or cleaned after use. Otherwise, no matter how well the instrument is maintained, it will not be durable.

(2) The focus of maintenance should be on the place where users are frequently contacted. These contact points are prone to be out of order, so maintenance of these contact points should be strengthened.

(3) It is forbidden to touch the analytical instrument with optical components or adjust it without authorization.

(4) Keep the maintenance records of analytical instruments carefully, including maintenance time, brief description of maintenance situation, replacement of accessories, etc. With the recording, it is possible to understand the maintenance and dynamics of the analytical instrument, and then to grasp the cause of the failure of the analytical instrument.

(5) The instruments and equipment involved in safety in the operation should have necessary isolation measures and warning signs.
